1. 14‑Day Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided tokens remain unused and digital content has not been delivered. The cooling‑off period begins the day after purchase. To exercise this right, send a clear request via the contact method before the period expires.

2. Digital Content Exception

If a 3D model is generated or downloaded after you expressly request immediate performance, your statutory right to withdraw ends.

3. Eligibility Conditions

Refunds are considered when:

• You request the refund within 14 days;
• The tokens are unused; or
• Duplicate or erroneous payments occur; or
• A technical failure on the Company's side prevents delivery.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• Tokens have been redeemed (even partially);
• Digital content has been delivered or downloaded;
• Non‑delivery arises due to incorrect user information;
• Content is customised beyond standard generative options.

5. Refund Request Process

Send a request via the provided contact method with your Account email, order ID, date of purchase, amount and reason. Itemare OÜ may request further information to verify eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank or conversion fees are non‑refundable; unused tokens will be deducted.

6. Consequences of a Refund

When a refund is granted, your access to the associated tokens and any generated content is revoked. Attempting to use or download refunded content may constitute a breach of the Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by Estonian law. Unresolved disputes may be addressed through Estonian consumer authorities or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
